Megumi and Me
I’d like to take this opportunity wish a very happy 40th birthday to Megumi Hayashibara. I had never heard of Ms. Hayashibara until a short time ago but she is the only person listed in Wikipedia who was born on March 30th, 1967.
By the way, I am not mentioned anywhere in Wikipedia.
I was born on March 30th, 1967, though.

But as you can tell from the photo, I don’t look a day over 2.
All I can think right now is, how in the world did I get to be 40 years old? Logically I know – one year after the other and all that – but it seems like just a few days ago that I was 25 and a just a few years since I was in High School.
Where did the time go?
Happy birthday to me and Megumi!
This will be it from me for a while. I now know that Supergirl has a not-so-secret birthday trip planned for me!
Have a nice weekend…

Hi Art
Many many happy returns of the day to you & Megumi.
When is the party?
Aww, you were a cute baby.
Happy birthday, you ol’ geezer! Have a wonderful time. Now you’ll have something different to blog about when you return.
Happy birthday!

Happy Birthday, Art! Forty is not so bad……..I can honestly say life gets better! The only time I feel old is when my sons have birthdays! The oldest is 35 and the youngest is 32…….and NO you cannot refer to me as “mom” now. HAHAHAHAHAHA! hugsssssssssss
Hey! I just found another Methoblogger with your birthday… missionary Leah Magruder!

Happy Birthday Art! Not only do you look young, but you are a pretty snappy dresser too!
Happy Birthday Art.
Happy Birthday!!!! And by the way, 40 is VERY MUCH NOT old!!!
I forgot to add this in. I’ve actually heard of Megumi before, as she a seiyuu for some of my favorite animes, “Cowboy Bebop,” “Pokemon,” and “Neon Genesis Evangelion.” (Though the latter isn’t really one of my favorite.. I just happen to have seen it all.)
So yeah.. happy birthday!
Happy birthday!
I promise to raise my glass(es) to you.
Happy 40th birthday, Art!
Forty? The new 20! Happy big day, Guy. Hope that B’day trip is more than you expected.
Marty
Have a very Happy Birthday Art!!! What a cool surprise from the Mrs.
Happy Birthday!
Happy Birthday!
Happy Birthday!!!
Now see, it’s nowhere as bad as you thought, is it?
Happy Birthday!!!! And OH. MY. GOD……you were ADORABLE and a little chunk!
Congrats, Art! I know what you mean. I’m 45 now, but it seems like the last 20 years went by so fast! But if I really look in the mirror or check my memory, I have to admit that many, many things have happened since I was 25 (like being married and having 3 kids – 2 of them look almost grown-up now…) and although I always thought that ‘old’ people were sharing such nonsense about ‘how time flies’, I’m obivously one of them now. So, welcome to the club, my friend. And if time goes by so fast, my question is: compared to WHAT? As if we have anything to compare our lives with… Anyway, I hope that the not-so-secret birthday trip will be great!
Happy Birthday, and what a privledge for Megumi to share her birthday with you.
